Employee summary report
To access the employee summary report you must either be an admin or a manager (see user types for more information).
Click on the menu item titled “Reports” and then on “Employee Summary”. You will be brought to the Employee Summary report page.
Select the date range you would like the report to cover and then click the button titled “Export the data”. You will be prompted to download a ZIP file containing a spreadsheet for each of your employees.
The employee summary report is simply a spreadsheet showing the total hours (each day) spent on each division, for each employee.
If you are an admin your report will contain data encompassing the entire company. If you are a manager it will only contain data pertaining to your employees
