To access the allocation report you must either be an admin or a manager (see user types for more information).
Click on the menu item titled “Reports” and then on “Email Addresses”. You will be brought to the Email Addresses report page.
Click the button titled “Export the data”. You will be prompted to download a CSV containing your report.
The Email Addresses report is simply a spreadsheet showing the name, username, email address, and last active date for the employees in Work Tyme (former employees are not included in the report).
If you are an admin your report will contain data encompassing the entire company. If you are a manager it will only contain data pertaining to your employees
