Employee time slips have an approval process All time submitted by employees must be approved by a supervisor before it will be allowed to be exported to Sage 50. If the supervisor needs to they can deny the time slip and it is sent back to the employee for review.

You are only charged for active employees Unlike other HR platforms we only charge you for active employees (as well your first three employees are free!). If an employee has not used Work Tyme in 30 days they are removed from your bill until the next time they do. No more paying for seasonal employees in your off season!

Track employee expenses Employees can take photos of receipts and upload expenses from the mobile app as soon as they are incurred. You can even add "expense only" users into your Work Tyme account for non-employees such as travel agents and other third parties.

Export time slips to Sage 50 Eliminate manual entry for payroll staff by exporting your employee's time slips from Work Tyme into Sage 50.

Todo lists Create Todo (Onboarding) templates for each department in your company. When a new employee is added they will be assigned the appropriate Todo list based on their department. You can even require them to add their signature to the documents.

Time off tracker When employees request their time-off (vacation, sick days, bereavement, etc) through Work Tyme their supervisor is notified and is able to approve or deny the request from within the notification email. Approved time-off is displayed on a company calendar so coworkers know when others are unavailable.

Employee directory & Org chart Joining a new company is stressful enough for your new employees without trying to remember everyone's name and contact information. With the provided directory employees can look up basic information about their coworkers (profile photo, office phone number, etc) and use the Org chart to determine the chain of command in your company.
